 Refunds and Cancellation Policy

The deposit to reserve your spot in the class is non-refundable.  Full Payment is due 30 days prior to the class and once submitted is also not refundable.  In the event of the student canceling the class, rescheduling will be offered on a case by case basis.  

If a student does not show up for the class, no refunds/rescheduling will be offered.

In the unlikely event that Sandra McEwen needs to cancel a class, students will be offered a full refund including the deposit or the option to reschedule.

Inclement Weather

I will cancel the class if a state of emergency has been issued, or if the power is out in the building. If the class is cancelled, students can either get a full refund or have the option to reschedule for a later available date.  If the class is not cancelled, and the student decides not to attend, there will be no refunds offered, and rescheduling will be offered on a case by case basis.
