Enamels are my passion.

I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 1992 with a degree in illustration. I currently reside in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Before becoming involved in jewelry crafting, I spent many years making designs in leaded glass. I was an active member of the Antfarm, a local artists cooperative for several years. I have always loved incorporating bright color and light into my work, so when I discovered the beauty of cloisonné enamel, I was hooked. My work incorporates color, light, and balance- be it abstract or figurative. I'm influenced by all the gorgeous jewelry of the past, but try to give it a modern twist.

I love crafting beautiful objects to wear and adore, and I hope you will enjoy owning them as much as I enjoy making them. If you are interested in commissioning a unique piece of wearable art, please feel free to contact me.

" When I am creating my enamel jewelry, the experience is an intimate one; I am establishing a dialog with the one person who will ultimately wear it."
